Though the founder of Project Elevate 360 was born and raised in Louisiana, his heart and work have been shaped here. In 2002, he moved to the Eastern Shore to attend Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland. After a decade in Maryland, he crossed into Delaware for career opportunity—and stayed.
The Elevate 360 Method was conceived in Wilmington, built in New Castle County, and proven in real-world practice right here in our communities. Our roots run deep in Delaware’s neighborhoods, schools, and businesses, where civic engagement isn’t just a nice idea—it’s a tool for building stronger leaders and brighter futures.
