Currently, it’s just me—Wilson J. Below Jr. I’ve worked in corporate America for over 20 years, with 15 years in management. In my most recent corporate role, I rose from entry level to Vice President at one of the world’s largest investment firms in just five years—leveraging both corporate and civic engagement to accelerate my leadership growth and that of my team. An expert in operations, performance development, and building engagement programs, my management philosophy is built on the concept of Mutual Beneficiality™: the belief that when people, businesses, and communities truly invest in each other’s growth—in action, not just words—everyone sees returns.

One valuable lesson I’ve learned in corporate life is that innovation often moves slowly, and ill-intended agendas can thrive in that environment. I’ve seen firsthand how a mutually beneficial, transparent workplace can transform a discouraged workforce: ideas begin to flow, collaboration ignites, and innovation moves again.

With that in mind, I started Elevate 360 Method LLC and Elevate 302, Inc. to offer a scalable, comprehensive framework for building up our region, starting with its people. By enriching the four integral parts of our lives—The Self, The Partnerships, The Career, and The Community—we create the momentum to strengthen individuals, empower organizations, and elevate entire communities.

The Elevate 360 Method is designed to serve the business, nonprofit, and government arenas, with clear pathways for sustainability and growth in people development. Through leadership development programs, CSR consulting, and engagement frameworks, Elevate 360 Method LLC helps organizations strengthen their people and their reputation—driving measurable performance gains.

At the same time, I aim to help individuals directly through Elevate 302, INC. In 2026, E302 is launching the first 2 of 4 professional development guilds. At its helm, I will go into the community and share my corporate and entrepreneurial savvy with the youth of our community . I love watching people positively transform their lives and careers, and I am committed to doing what I can to facilitate that journey.
